Les is a former left-handed pitcher whose active career extended from 1998-2012. He appeared in 23 major league games pitched, 21 in relief, for the Kansas City Royals (2003), Chicago Cubs (2006), and the Philadelphia Phillies (2008). In 2009, He appeared in 21 games as a starting pitcher in the Nippon Professional Baseball League. He spent 2014-2015 as a Pro Scout for the Boston Red Sox and joined the Los Angeles Dodgers for the 2016 season.
Les is a master of pitching mechanics and through his many years of professional experience, he has curated an extensive network of like-minded professional athletes and coaches. His network connects us with top-level talent and expertise in the game of baseball.

Brian is a seasoned performance physical therapist with extensive experience working with elite professional athletes across multiple sports. His expertise seamlessly bridges the gap from rehabilitation to training to peak sports performance.
He enjoys working with motivated athletes to improve their efficiency, strength, flexibility, and mobility. He has advanced training in joint and soft tissue mobilization, instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization, kinesio taping, and needling. He aims to effectively translate his physical skill set into the digital space.
